The District 23 Annual Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, December 6th 1pm – 3pm at Bloomington Event Center
o The purpose of this meeting is to hear reports, elect the Board of Directors, and vote on rule changes for 2026.
o All District 23 ARMCA members are invited to attend, and MUST bring their 2025 District 23 ARMCA membership card in order to vote.
