Aaron Frick is an up and coming amateur Flat Track racer in the 250cc, 450cc, and Open A Amateur classes. Though his main focus is Flat Track racing, Aaron also enjoys trail riding, ice riding, and motocross in his free time. He even strives to compete at the professional level in multiple disciplines of motorcycle racing including Flat Track, Supercross, Endurance Ice Racing, and even the Baja 1000.
Aaron began riding dirt bikes at 3 years old, and began competing in UMTA Trials soon afterwards. He continued riding recreationally until 2017 when he found D23 ARMCA Flat Track racing. He was instantly hooked and has achieved so much since then. Aaron is proud of his D23 ARMCA championships, especially his 85cc and Supermini championships in 2019, as well as his third place finish at the Dairyland Classic this past summer, and his 11th place finish in the Steel Shoe endurance ice race. Inspired by many great local and professional racers, Aaron has his sights set high to accomplish his goals and dreams.
Aaron continues to race in D23 ARMCA because of the family atmosphere and the memories created on and off the track. Motorcycling has become an everyday part of Aaron’s life, and a form of therapy to help him along the way. In addition to riding and racing, Aaron enjoys archery, driving his truck, building model cars, studying and reading, hanging with his cats, and nearly anything outdoors. Throughout his racing career, Aaron has learned that taking calculated risks is okay, and has been encouraged to focus strongly on his goals. Finally, Aaron advises other D23 ARMCA members to brave the cold and try riding on the ice this winter.

Gavin Loberg began riding dirt bikes at the age of 7, and began racing D23 ARMCA Enduros and Hare Scrambles at the age of 10. Gavin then began to take racing seriously a few years later, and clinched three championships in 2020. This year he competed in 200 A, and plans to move up to AA in Enduro and 250 A in Hare Scrambles in 2023. Gavin proudly finished 3rd overall at the Duquette Enduro this year, and strives to win an overall in an Enduro next year. Gavin also hopes to compete on a national level in GNCC and National Enduros, to compete against strong competition and show how his riding compares.
Gavin believes racing has made him a stronger, calmer, more focused person. Riding is his escape from reality, a place where he can forget his troubles and leave it all on the track. On race day, Gavin snacks on Goldfish crackers, and enjoys quality time with his closest friends. In addition to riding and racing, Gavin enjoys mountain biking, fishing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, trap shooting, and nearly anything outdoors. Once advised to be patient and focus on proper form, Gavin studies YouTube to implement proper technique on the track. Finally, Gavin encourages other D23 ARMCA members to simply follow their dreams.

Bailey Kroone was hooked on motocross as soon as he was old enough to race, and always dreamed of becoming a professional motocross racer. He has since worked his way through D23 ARMCA amateur racing, and now competes in the A classes and select Pro Motocross Nationals, fulfilling his childhood dreams. Bailey is proud to have competed in the 2021 Washougal National in the 250 class, especially because his qualifying time seeded him directly into motos. The icing on the cake for that day? Having both his parents there to support him.
After a successful 2022 season, Bailey is looking to take the next step in his racing career. After many winters of traveling south to dust off the cobwebs, he plans to dedicate a month or two to full time training at ClubMX this winter. This is something he’s thought about for years, and he is excited to see the impact a full-time training program can have on his riding.
Bailey continues to race in D23 ARMCA because of the friendships he’s made and the quality time he gets to spend with family and friends. Bailey is especially excited to spend time with his nieces who love weekends at the track. Motocross has not only provided him with countless memories, it has also taught him valuable life lessons. Bailey has learned how to be self-sufficient, prepared, mechanically inclined, and dedicated to all that is involved in getting to the track.
On race day, Bailey is inspired by Minnesota motocross legend, Ryan Dungey. Inspired by his riding technique on the track, and his kind, generous character off the track, Bailey does all he can to learn from Ryan. Bailey also enjoys pump up music in the morning to set his mentality for the day, and as the day progresses on, a homemade burrito to fuel his body. In addition to riding and racing, Bailey is dedicated to his work and enjoys hobbies like mountain biking, hockey, and scootering. He also enjoys family vacations that expose him to activities non-native to Minnesota.
Once advised by his mom to do his best and race to the finish, Bailey applies this mentality to everything he does. As for Bailey’s advice, he encourages other D23 ARMCA members to remember to have fun, even when racing becomes serious. He notes, “it’s only racing, it’s not as serious as you think sometimes and it sure won’t last forever!” Bailey is truly grateful for the many people that have supported him and continue to do so, including his parents, his siblings, his closest friends, Barett and Grayson, his local track, BCMX, and his many sponsors that believe in him.

Corey Danberry is a life-long D23 ARMCA member, and has competed in everything from Hill Climb, to Motocross, to his current passion, Hare Scrambles. Corey proudly won the 2021 30+ A Hare Scrambles Championship, and learned many lessons about bike set up, riding technique, and preparation for endurance racing. Though Corey wants to win more in the future, his biggest goal is to improve himself on and off the track to become a better overall racer. Corey continues to race in D23 ARMCA because of the high caliber events and the incredible community that attends them and helps prepare for them.
Corey is inspired most by his friends and fellow competitors, and finds motivation in being surrounded by people with similar goals. Motorcycling has greatly impacted his life, and keeps him motivated to be the best version of himself. Motorcycling has also allowed Corey to travel to beautiful places and create valuable relationships along the way. In addition to riding and racing, Corey enjoys mountain biking, road cycling, and anything outdoors.
Corey advises other D23 ARMCA members to keep an open mind and try something new, “even if that means going into it by yourself.” He also suggests asking questions from more experienced riders, as “everyone was a beginner at some point.”

Hadley Winther began riding dirt bikes at three years old. After riding around her family’s farm day in and day out, she was finally old enough to begin competing in D23 ARMCA motocross a year later. Hadley now competes in 50cc Shift and Shaft and 50cc Oil Injected classes, and has accomplished so much this past summer. Most notably to her was winning her first race, pulling her first holeshots, and finishing 2nd overall in the NorthStar Series. Though her goal this year was to improve each weekend, next year she has goals of finishing in the top 3 in D23 ARMCA.
On race day, Hadley is inspired by pro riders like Jett Lawrence and Christian Craig, as well as her local hero, Mike Mikrot. Fueled by a bowl of cereal and pep talks, she takes pride in racing all the way to the finish of every race. Hadley and her family enjoy racing in D23 ARMCA because of the life-long friendships they’ve made and the larger life lessons they’ve learned along the way.
In addition to riding and racing, Hadley enjoys dance and basketball camps to fill her winter months. Hadley advises other D23 ARMCA members to “have fun, stay humble, and do your best!” Finally, she and her family are thankful to all who are involved in making the races she competes in possible.

David Gay started riding dirt bikes at four years old, and continued until his early teens. David then began riding ATV Motocross, and quickly became a dedicated ATVMX racer in D23 ARMCA. David now competes in Open A locally, and Production A and 450 A in the ATVMX National series. Though 2022 was his first year competing in the entire national circuit, he finished 5th overall in 450 A and 6th overall in Production A, results that fulfilled his goals for the 2022 season. In the future, David will continue to race in both D23 ARMCA and the ATVMX series.
After a motorcycle accident left his right arm paralyzed, David, along with his medical team, dedicated themselves to his recovery. He has now regained approximately 80% mobility back in his arm, and is proud to have learned how to ride again after his accident. Uniquely engineered handlebar controls and the strong competition in D23 ARMCA have helped David become a top five national level racer.
Growing up, David was inspired by the top racers and those who supported him in local racing. However, David is now inspired by the youngest racers’ drive and determination. David continues to race in D23 ARMCA because of the welcoming ATVMX community, his love for the sport, and the positive impact racing has on his life. David’s love for motorsports reaches farther than racing, as he attended MMI and now works as a Senior CVT Development Technician on the Polaris RZR. When he’s not riding or working in the industry, David enjoys heavy metal, delicious food, working in the garage, and the occasional evening of video games when the winters get long.
David advises other D23 ARMCA members to learn their machines. He believes you will become a better racer if you know how to take care of your machine and tune it to perform to the best of your abilities. Finally, David explains, “we are all in this sport for the love of racing and to keep District 23 prosperous. We need to lift each other up and make each and every racer feel welcome.”
