AMA Annual Releases

The AMA offers two options for submitting the Annual Minor Release Forms. It is important to provide all the requested information. Minor participants MUST have an active AMA membership for the annual minor release form to be valid. For questions, please contact Erika Meyer, Racing Administrative Assistant, at emeyer@ama-cycle.org. Printed forms should be notarized and mailed to the following address:

American Motorcyclist Association
Attn: Racing Admin
13515 Yarmouth Dr
Pickerington, OH 43147

If you are submitting an annual minor release prior to competing in an event, that release must arrive at AMA offices at least 3 weeks before the event to allow time for processing, printing, and shipping.

Please Note: Annual Minor Release Cards are only active for the current calendar year and will expire every year on December 31st. If you are submitting a Minor Release Form at the end of 2019, you will be required to submit a new one in January of 2020 for the minor to continue racing.
