2005 Motocross Banquet Highlights 12/17/2005
One of the unexpected events of the banquet was the awarding of a YZ450F from Larson’s Cycle to this year’s double Premier class champion, Jacob Bostrom. Jake asked that the following message be posted:

I'd like to thank the board members, District 23, and the sponsors for a good racing season. I greatly appreciate the bike and awards and look forward to another great season next year.

Thanks again, Jake Bostrom #407

For more about what happened at the banquet, check out CycleNews.com or read the extended version in next month’s issue of Cycle USA.

Local Rider Does Well at Nationals 12/09/2005
Congratulations to Minnesota Offroad star Matt Stavish for an outstanding 2005 season in the AMA National Enduro series. Matt and his Larson's Cycle Racing sponsored Honda finished in 3rd place behind 7 time national champion Mike Lafferty and runner-up Steve Hatch. The AMA National Enduro series is a grueling 9 race series with races from California to New Jersey. Matt is recovering from off-season surgery, but should be ready for another successful season in 2006.
