FILL OUT DISTRICT APPLICATION FORM COMPLETELY
SEND YOUR APPLICATION TO THE DISTRICT OFFICE

Membership Card Fees
1. A full membership is $40.00 by mail or $50.00 at the track. This one time fee will allow you as many classes in any type of event you wish to compete in. This will allow riders to try other types of competition with no additional costs.
2. A one (1) type of event one (1) class card only is available for $25.00 by mail or $35.00 at the Track. You can upgrade your card to a full membership during the season for $15.00 by mail or at the track.
3. The cost for Trail Ride and Road cards are $10.00
4. A One-Day card will be available for $10.00.
5. All district 23 cards expire December 31 of year purchased.

Minor Release Forms

If you are considered a minor in Minnesota, you must print and sign both of the minor release forms listed below. Please print both sheets from your browser window when you click on either of the links.

Please don't forget to print and bring both pages to your Weekend Event you wish to compete in. Also, do not sign the second sheet ahead of time because the promoters serve as the witness when you sign in front of them at signup.
