Information about the the Motocross Banquet and Annual Meeting
You are cordially invited to join your fellow District 23 members for the 2006 Annual Business Meeting and
Awards Banquet on Saturday, December 2nd, 2006. This year’s festivities will be held at the Mayo Civic
Center in Rochester, MN. Tickets will be $12.50 for children age 12 and under, and $18.50 for adults and
children 13 and older. There will be a more “kid friendly” buffet consisting of pizza, build your own
taco, fruit, chips, cookies and fruit punch with a more formal buffet for the adults.

Rooms have been reserved for our use at the Radisson Plaza Hotel in downtown Rochester. The cost per
night for a standard room is $79.00 (regular rate is $169.00) until November 10th, 2006. At that time
any rooms remaining in the reserved block will be released back to the Radisson. PLEASE NOTE: Rooms
may still be available, however discounted room rates cannot be guaranteed. The Radisson Plaza Hotel is
equipped with Sleep Number beds, bar, restaurant, pool, hot tub, exercise room, and concierge club level.
It offers FREE adjoining ramp parking for all guests, and is just steps away (via skyway) from the Mayo
Civic Center. So no matter the weather, you won’t need your coat!

2006 Enduro/Hare Scramble Banquet
This year's Enduro/Hare Scramble Banquet will be held on February 3, 2007 at the Little Falls Ballroom.
Invites will be going out the beginning of December. As always, there will be a variety of door prizes.
Come enjoy the food, drinks, comfortable seating, and catch up with all your dirt bike buddies. More

2006 Flat Track Banquet
The 2006 Flat Track Banquet will be held Sunday January 28th at the Hugo
American Legion. Same place as last year. Address is 5383 140th street north
Hugo, MN 55038.
Doors open at noon, lunch begins at 1pm, and awards will follow.
Lunch will be pot luck so please bring a dish to pass and your own paper plates,
plastic wear, etc.
You should be receiving a flyer in the next 10 days. If you haven't received one
